3. Nature of services — disclaimer

The energy healing sessions offered are complementary, non-medical wellbeing practices. They do not constitute medical care, diagnosis, prescription or treatment, and never replace medical or psychological consultation or follow-up. Please consult a healthcare professional for any medical concern and never stop an ongoing treatment without medical advice.

4. Price and payment

The remote energy healing session (1 hour, by phone) is offered at a single rate of €70 (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI). Payment is made by the means agreed together when booking (bank transfer, PayPal or other). No payment is processed directly on this site; no banking data is collected or stored by the publisher.

5. Right of withdrawal

Under articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons, by writing to tomnoulot@gmail.com. If you expressly request that the session take place before this period expires and it is fully performed, you waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with article L221-28 1°. Sessions may also be rescheduled free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.

6. Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may freely refer disputes to a consumer mediator. Registration with a consumer mediator is in progress; their contact details will be published on this page upon appointment. In the meantime, any complaint may be sent directly to tomnoulot@gmail.com for amicable resolution. You may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

7. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, images, logo, structure) is the property of Tom NOULOT unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, representation or distribution, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Personal data (GDPR)

Data controller: Tom NOULOT (contact details above).

Data processed: when you get in touch (email, phone, WhatsApp), the data you voluntarily provide is processed: name, contact details, and the information you choose to share in the context of preparing and following up on sessions.

Purposes and legal bases: organising and delivering sessions (performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps), invoicing and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Recipients: data is never sold, shared or transferred to third parties. If a third-party payment provider is used (e.g. PayPal), it processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Retention: for the duration of the client relationship, then archived only as required by law (accounting records are kept for 10 years).

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, exercisable by writing to tomnoulot@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

9. Cookies

This site sets no cookies and uses no trackers. No analytics, no advertising, no embedded social networks. Fonts are self-hosted — no data is sent to Google. This is why no consent banner is required.

For transparency: some images are currently hosted by the third-party service Imgur (Imgur, Inc., USA). When they load, your IP address is technically transmitted to that service, as with any web content. No cookie is set by this site in the process.

10. Governing law

This notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have jurisdiction under ordinary law.
