My Journey

From finance to consciousness studies

Originally, I was studying finance, without much motivation.

In parallel, I had long nurtured a deep interest in the paranormal, particularly near-death experiences.

Through numerous testimonies, I discovered that it was possible to induce this type of experience through meditation.

Rather than believing or not, I felt the need to understand for myself. So I began a daily, very regular practice.

After about four months of meditation, I had my first out-of-body experience.

A foundational first experience

From the very first moments, a feminine energy, imbued with love and benevolence, came to envelop me.

I let myself be carried by this gentle, warm presence, releasing all resistance, simply letting it guide me.

We passed through a portal to arrive in a temple with a deeply comforting atmosphere.

There, I found myself facing a feminine deity who looked at me peacefully. Her gaze was of great gentleness, filled with unconditional love.

I still remember this moment with absolute clarity, and the profound wonder I felt facing the reality of this experience.

After a few moments, she reached out toward my shoulder.

I felt her fingers touch down, then an energy of remarkable whiteness and power flowed through my entire being.

And suddenly, I found myself back in my small student room, completely stunned.

This first experience, which I consider foundational, had just ended.

For me, the reality of this experience was direct proof that the body is merely a vessel for the mind.

It awakened in me a deep need: to embark on a quest for my spirituality and the understanding of consciousness.

The transition to healing

Following this event, my priority became the study of consciousness.

My project, at that time, was to validate my degree and then become a Buddhist monk, to dedicate my life to this research.

Once graduated, however, I first started working to support myself.

It was during this period that my employer told me about his magnetizer, Mr. Pascal Mazier, who had relieved him of chronic migraines.

Despite some prejudices I might have had about magnetism, I went to meet him, mainly out of curiosity.

Being his last client of the day, we were able to exchange at length.

The healing I received was a real shock. I absolutely did not expect to feel energy so tangibly.

Following this meeting, we became friends, and I also met his son, Paul.

Faced with my obvious interest in this field, Mr. Mazier advised me to get trained.

At the end of 2015, I began my training curriculum, as well as my first accompaniments.

Deepening my research

In 2017, I left my job to fully dedicate myself to this path.

That same year, I went to Thailand for a retreat at a temple in Chiang Mai.

During these days of silence, I experienced an intense epiphany, which still defines the essence of my practice today.

For several years, I maintained a rigorous discipline of about five hours of daily meditation, while receiving people who came to me.

A determining experience in South Korea

In 2019, I went to South Korea on a working holiday visa.

After several exchanges with different private clinics in Seoul, I was received by a doctor intrigued by my work, Dr. Kwon.

Our first exchanges were quite theoretical.

I then offered to receive a healing, so he could directly experience my practice.

He was deeply impressed, then suggested one of his nurses receive a healing in turn. She also reported a very clear sense of well-being.

Two clinic patients were then accompanied, with equally positive feedback.

Dr. Kwon then offered me to join his clinic.

During the seven months spent there, I was confronted with a great diversity of situations, from chronic pain to psychological disorders.

This experience was extremely formative and gave me a concrete and deep understanding of my work.

Today

Upon my return to France, I continued my research through meditation and healing, while continuing to accompany people who came to me.

Until recently, my activity relied exclusively on word of mouth, with no online presence.

After all these years dedicated to research, experimentation, and understanding energy, I am today fully serene about my abilities.

I now dedicate myself entirely to sharing my experience, through healing and guidance.

My Practice as an Energy Worker

My approach relies on both ancient energetic traditions, deep meditative practice, and concrete healing experience, developed over the years.

What is energetics?

For millennia, various traditions, such as Chinese medicine, have described the human body as being traversed by a network of energy channels (meridians) and energy centers.

This system is essential for the proper circulation of our vital force, the breath that animates both our physical body and our mind.

Our health reflects the balance of this vital energy.

A dysfunction in its circulation — whether a blockage, deficiency, or excess — is always the first step in a process.

When this imbalance persists, it eventually manifests in the physical body. The more intense and lasting it is, the more significant its consequences can be.

My intervention has a precise objective: to act on the energetic cause of your ailments in order to restart your natural rebalancing process.

I proceed through reharmonization work aiming to dissolve blockages, fill deficiencies, and soothe excesses.

I do not heal in the medical sense of the term: I create the optimal internal conditions for healing to occur.

This is how my role is complementary to conventional medicine: I prepare and support the "terrain" so that medical treatments and natural recovery mechanisms can be fully effective.

At the end of a session, I can also guide you with simple lifestyle advice (diet, hydration, activity) to consolidate the benefits of the work done.

A spiritual approach as well

Beyond the energetic aspect, my practice fits into a broader understanding of the human being, including emotional, mental, and spiritual dimensions.

Meditation and consciousness exploration occupy a central place in my journey.

They have allowed me to develop fine listening, deep presence, and an ability to perceive imbalances that sometimes go beyond the purely physical framework.

This spiritual dimension implies no particular belief.

It simply invites consideration that the human being is vaster than their body, and that certain imbalances find their origin in specific experiences, inner states, or life periods.

Energetics and scientific advances

Energy healing is rooted in ancient traditions that consider the person in their entirety. Today, the perspective on living beings is evolving and offering insights that resonate with this approach.

We now know, particularly through research on cardiac coherence, that controlled breathing can deeply soothe the nervous system and mind. Biology also recognizes that the human body is traversed by natural electrical activity — such as that of the heart or brain — which is fully part of its functioning.

Fields like psychoneuroimmunology show how much our emotions, stress levels, and environment directly influence our internal balance. This is precisely where energy healing interventions occur: by promoting a state of deep relaxation and supporting the body's natural abilities to regain their balance.

My approach sits at the crossroads of these paths. It draws inspiration from the wisdom of traditions that take into account the circulation of vital energy, while remaining attentive to modern discoveries about the close links between body and mind. I offer complementary support, dedicated time for well-being, centered on listening and rebalancing.

Remote work

Sessions can be done remotely, with the same effectiveness as in person.

Since energy is not limited by space, the work does not rely on physical contact, but on connection, intention, and fine perception of energetic imbalances.

During a remote session, you are simply invited to settle in a calm, comfortable place.

The healing then proceeds in the same way as in person, in a secure and respectful setting.

A clear and complementary framework

The energy healing services offered are in no way a substitute for medical or psychological follow-up.

They fit into a complementary approach, aiming to support the person's overall balance.
